• Quotations and Estimations: Any pricing details or technical configurations provided through our WhatsApp, Email, or RFQ (Request for Quote) forms are professional estimations based on the specifications you provide. Official binding contracts are only established when an official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract is signed by both parties.

2. Product Specifications & Technical Tolerances

• Engineering Dimensions: Our modular welding tables (including D16/D28 systems) are manufactured to strict industrial tolerances regarding flatness, surface finish, and hole pitch alignment. However, minor technical variations within industry-acceptable margins may occur due to standard material characteristics and metallurgical processes.

• Material Selection (Q355 Steel): We emphasize the usage of high-strength Q355 structural steel to optimize the strength-to-weight ratio for welding reconfigurations. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that our technical parameters (e.g., yield strength, load-bearing capacities) align with their workshop's specific heavy-duty or automated robotic requirements before finalizing an order.

3. Shipping, International Delivery, and Risk Transfer

• Trade Terms (Incoterms): Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all international equipment shipments are quoted under standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or CFR).

• Transfer of Risk: The risk of damage or loss of the industrial goods transfers from the seller to the buyer as dictated by the designated Incoterm once the cargo passes the ship's rail or is handed over to the international ocean carrier at the port of departure. We are not liable for custom clearance delays, import duties, or port charges in the destination country.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Proprietary Content: All contents on this Site—including but not limited to technical schematics, 3D product renders, industrial workshop photos, catalog texts, logos, and digital brochures—are the intellectual property of kcweldtable.com.
